Affordable Puppy Training Dorset When it comes to dogs and puppies, we have to take different approaches regarding each individual canine as they all have different personality traits and abilities to learn. Here at CDBTS we provide you with the finest dog and puppy training services so that you never have to go elsewhere and so you can enjoy your dog's company more and more.
We are now able to offer training classes at our dog training centre at Stour Row, just outside Shaftesbury in Dorset.
Maura www.puppycise.co.uk & Colin www.dogtrainingindorset.co.uk have joined forces to offer a complete package of dog training requirements to the general public in their new training centre which is situated in the lovely Dorset countryside, between Shaftesbury & Gillingham in the village of Stour Row.
There is off-road parking for clients and training is offered in a secure environment. We have a secure fenced all weather arena, a fenced grass toileting area for dogs and a large secure field for training, we now have indoor facilities in which to train the dogs during inclement weather.
The toileting area and large field are accessed via a walkway from the carpark area.
We run puppy training classes (we restrict the number of puppies and handlers to 6) to ensure you are given the proper and appropriate training time with your dog and that of other attendees.
Classes: blocks of 5 weekly sessions Weekly payment £15.00 per session per dog (by arrangement only,) (see Terms and Conditions)
Class Attendance: All dogs must be up to date with vaccinations, have a collar which fits correctly with a legally compliant dog tag attached and a flat lead (no Flexi leads allowed).
Clients must wear suitable clothing, e.g., trousers, flat footwear (boots, trainers etc.) outdoor clothing, as training is normally conducted in either a grass field or the all-weather arena.
What to bring with you: Your dog with collar & tag plus lead Poo bags Food treats Your dog's vaccination certificate on initial visit, which will be inspected by the trainer before the start of the class. Your dog's microchip number Motivational toy (such as a ball on a rope) The whole aim of these training sessions is for the owner to feel comfortable with their canines and to be able to manage their dog at all times.
